Plan B includes a desirable downstairs bedroom and full bathroom plus an attached 2-bedroom ADU (approx. 839 sq. ft.) with a private entrance and dedicated parking, offering exceptional flexibility.

Can I choose my own finishes or make customizations?
Some customization may be possible, but it depends entirely on construction timing. Certain design selections or finishes may be available early in the build process; however, options become limited as construction progresses. Availability is not guaranteed and varies by home and stage of completion. If you are interested in customization, we encourage you to reach out early to discuss what may still be available.
