Since all homes were built with upgraded features included, there aren't many customization options left. However, on 6 of the homes, there’s still time to choose your preferred flooring color. We use Shaw Flooring products with multiple color options, and buyers can visit our flooring contractor’s design center to make their selection.
Are the homes move-in ready?
Yes, the homes are essentially move-in ready. In a few homes where flooring is still customizable, this can be completed during a standard escrow period.
